摘要

中文摘要: 本文利用高效液相色谱建立了中药青蒿中青蒿素、芦丁、异槲皮苷、水杨酸、槲皮苷、槲皮素六种成分同时定量的分析方法，其中线性范围宽、相对标准偏差低、精密度高、重现性好。色谱最佳条件是：Tiahhe Kromasil C18 100 A (5μm

250mm×4.6 mm) 反相色谱柱；紫外检测波长：279nm；流动相：V(甲醇): V(水)=50:50（含0.02 % 三氟乙酸）；流速：0.5 ml/min；柱温：30℃。同时与蒸发光散射检测器相比较，除青蒿素外其它成分检测灵敏度高。

Abstract:A general method to separate and quantify simultaneously 6 active ingredients (arteannuin

Optimized apparatus condition was explored: An Tiahhe Kromasil C18 100 A (5μm，250 mm×4.6 mm) reversed-phase column was applied under 30℃; the wavelength of ultraviolet detector was set at 279nm; mobile phase was double-distilled water contained 50% (V/V) methanol and 0.02% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) with a flow rate of 0.5ml/min in the performance. Compared with evaporative light scattering detector

ultraviolet detector had a high sensitivity to all ingredients except arteannuin in the experiment.
