摘要

中文摘要: 以N-烃基咔唑为原料，经Friedel-Crafts 酰化、成肟和酯化反应，合成了6种咔唑肟酯衍生物。通过正交设计实验，探讨了产物Ⅰ的Friedel-Crafts 酰化的最佳反应条件：N-乙基咔唑为0.02mol时，反应物苯甲酰氯与N-乙基咔唑摩尔配比为1.2.，催化剂AlCl3与N-乙基咔唑摩尔配比为1.2， 25℃下反应3.5h，产率可达94.6%。利用1H NMR

UV和元素分析对目标产物进行了结构表征。并进行了光引发性能测试。

Abstract

Abstract:In this paper six carbazole oxime ester derivatives were synthesized through Friedel-Crafts acylation

oximation and esterification from N-alkyl-carbazole. The optimal operation condition of Friedel-Crafts acylation for product Ⅰ was determined by orthogonal experiment: 0.02mol N-ethyl- carbazol

n Benzoyl chloride/n N-ethyl- carbazol=1.2

n AlCl3/n N-ethyl- carbazol=1.2

at 25 oC for 3.5h. The yield was 94.6%. The structure of the target compounds was characterized by 1HNMR

UV and elemental analysis. Photoinitiativity of the products was studied .
