摘要

中文摘要: 为完善堰塞湖应急处置和恢复重建工作内容，综合考虑堰塞湖风险的自然属性和社会属性，选择堰塞湖规模、堰塞体物质组成、堰塞体高度、集雨面积、人口密度、经济密度和心理恐慌度等7个指标构成堰塞湖风险评估指标体系。运用广义熵值法，以“5.12”汶川地震形成的9个堰塞湖为样本进行风险评估。评估结果显示，人口密度、心理恐慌度等指标在风险评估中所占权重较大，说明社会属性指标对堰塞湖风险的影响较为明显，在堰塞湖应急处置和恢复重建工作中应该对社会属性的风险因素提高重视。

Abstract:To perfecting the emergency disposal work and the post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction work of the landslide lake

choosed seven indexes based on the natural and social property to constitute the risk evaluation system of landslide lake. Including landslide lake scale

composition makeup of landslide dam

landslide dam height

rainwater-collecting area

population density

economy density and psychology panic degrees. And then made a risk evaluation of the nine landslide lakes reduced by Wenchuan Earthquake base on the generalized entropy method. The result showed the social property indexes have an obvious effection to landslide lake risk

so the social property risk factor should be paid more attention to in the emergency disposal work and the post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction work.
