Abstract:Fe2+ is oxidized by air in the leaching solution of flue gas desulfurization with pyrolusite pulp
the effects of Fe2+ concentration
oxygen partial pressure
hydrogen ion concentration and temperature on reaction rate are studied. It’s showed that oxidative reaction rate is quicker with the increase of Fe2+ concentration
oxygen partial pressure and temperature
while slower with the increase of hydrogen ion concentration. It’s showed by the study on the kinetics that the grade for Fe2+ concentration is 2
oxygen partial pressure is 1
and for hydrogen ion concentration is -1
the activation energy Ea is 101.4308kJ/mol
and the pre-exponential factor A0 is 2.48×1014s-1.
