摘要

中文摘要: 介绍了我国节能调度效益评价现状，开发了基于联合国CDM执行理事会效益评价算法的梯级电站节能调度效益智能评价系统，详细阐述了系统设计、系统架构、系统功能和联合国CDM执行理事会梯调效益评价算法。利用Visual Studio.NET 2008、Web Services和Oracle数据库技术实现了系统研究并完成了系统开发设计。系统采用三层B/S结构，通过Internet远程访问和管理，界面友好、移植性强、自动化程度高。效益智能评价系统集数据自动读取、智能计算、管理等功能于一体，并已应用于多个梯级电站，效果良好。

Abstract

Abstract:This paper introduces a intelligent benefit evaluation system of hydropower station energy saving dispatching based on the calculation method established by the executive board of clean development mechanism. The system design

structure

function and method are elaborated. The system based on three-layer B/S Structure is developed by Visual Studio.NET 2008

Web Services and Oracle Database. The system which has the advantages of high automatization could be visited and managed by Internet

and is friend-user interface. The software which integrates data reading

intelligent calculation and management function has been applied in many cascaded hydropower stations and the results are satisfactory.
