1.  Scope of Publication

This journal mainly publishes innovative academic articles in the fields of Hydraulic and Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering, Network Space Security, Computer Science and Technology, Geological Resources and Geological Engineering, Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics, Information and Communication Engineering, Environmental Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering, and other related disciplines. The journal publishes research manuscripts and reviews. The journal welcomes experts and researchers from research institutes, university teachers and graduate students, as well as engineering and technical personnel to submit manuscripts. When submitting a manuscript, please attach the project name and number.

2.  Submission Method

The journal does not accept printed manuscripts or email submissions. It only accepts Word format manuscripts through online submission. Registering and logging in to the website (https://sclh.publish.founderss.cn/homeNav?lang=zh) is the only way to submit manuscripts to the journal. The size of the manuscript is best compressed to below 5 MB. The journal has not entrusted any other organization or individual to act as an agent for submissions. If authors need to consult on submitted manuscripts, please use the system's "Message" function to directly send the author's needs to the editorial department. (Emails cannot automatically and directly transfer the author's requests to the corresponding editor)

4.  Fees

The journal does not charge review fees or rapid publication fees. The APC charging standard is as follows: for black and white printing is 400 yuan per page, an additional CNY 1000 per article will be charged if color printing is required.
